Mark Jacob Hartner, Certified Basic Rolfer®, Est. 2021.

Offering house calls and gym visits.

Mark “Jake” Hartner was certified as a Basic Rolfer under Advanced Rolfers, Tessy Brungardt and Matthew Lombard in 2021 and has taught and competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2014. He is currently a brown belt.

With his experience as an athlete, he understands the pains of combat sports and loves to focus his skills on athletes. However, he enjoys helping those who are fighting to maintain their mobility and independence find resource and better posture.

Whether you are a hardcore athlete, you just want to feel more comfortable in your body, or you are getting older and wish to maintain your mobility, Jake is here to help you find the resource that is already within your body.

Rolfing, what is it?

Rolfing Structural Integration aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.

Essentially, the Rolfing process enables the body to regain the natural integrity of its form, thus enhancing postural efficiency and your freedom of movement. -What is Rolfing? - Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, Rolf.org

Rolfers use muscles, fascia and bones to reorganize your physiology under the Line of Gravity, a Rolfing Principle. We cue movement in tandem with our touch to reinforce neural pathways and work to get you more embodied so that you can carry the integration into your life!
